Our Infrastructural Setup

Our company, Thirumalai Rubber Products, understands that quality is necessary not just to attract new customers but also to retain our high reputation in the market. Thus, our manufacturing operations include certain testers in the form of monitoring of preform volume, electronic temperature and cycle control of all presses, accurate pressure regulation, calibrated post cure ovens, a clean working environment and the ability to match the best methods for each part.

A team of highly trained and dedicated engineers, rubber technologists, and quality controllers working on the latest software to design products, contributes significantly in our manufacturing activities. Our in-house testing facility checks the performance of our products in different conditions and environment. We have a large and capacious warehouse fitted with temperature controllers to maintain the temperature of the products stored within.
